JumboJuice on Linux
Choose a .deb, AppImage or tarball package and install the VPN client.
Installation and first connection
- Choose a package matching your architecture and distribution on Downloads. Prefer .deb if available for your system; alternatives are AppImage and tarball.
- Install .deb with your package installer. Allow execution for AppImage, or extract the tarball into a directory. Follow the commands for your selected format on Downloads.
- Open JumboJuice and sign in. Access configurations sync automatically.
- Choose a server and connect. VPN needs permission to create a network interface; see the CAP_NET_ADMIN instructions on Downloads for AppImage and tarball.
Troubleshooting
- Network interface permission missing or app will not start
- Check architecture, executable permissions and package dependencies. The .deb package configures required network permissions at installation; follow Downloads instructions for other formats. Do not run arbitrary commands from third-party sources.
- Cannot sign in
- Use the email of the account you paid with. If you forgot your password, reset it on the login page. Check Spam for the verification email.
- Paid, but no access yet
- Check payment history: payment may still be processing. After confirmation, refresh connections in the app. Contact support with the payment reference if access is missing. Do not pay again.
- Cannot connect
- Check that the internet works without VPN and another VPN is not running. Try another available server. If the problem only occurs on one network, mention that when contacting support.
Include your platform, app version, error time and message. Never send a password, verification code, full access key or payment details.
