Terms of Service

1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service (hereinafter — "Agreement") govern the use of the Jumbo Juice online service (hereinafter — "Service"), located at jumbojuice.org. By using the Service, the User confirms acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms of this Agreement. If the User disagrees with any of the terms, they must discontinue use of the Service. Commercial terms — plans, pricing, payment procedures, and refunds — are governed by the Public Offer.
2. Registration and Account
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. The User bears full responsibility for the security of their credentials and for all activity conducted under their account. In the event of unauthorized access to the account, the User must immediately notify the Administration.
3. Rules and Lawful Use
The Service is not intended for use in unlawful activities. The User agrees to use the Service exclusively within the framework of applicable laws of their jurisdiction. It is prohibited to use the Service to distribute malware, gain unauthorized access to third-party systems, or engage in any other illegal activity. Full responsibility for lawful use rests with the User.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials of the Service, including source code, design, logos, text, and other content, are protected by intellectual property laws. It is prohibited to copy, distribute, modify, or transfer any materials of the Service to third parties without written permission from the Administration. Violation of this provision may result in restricted access to the Service.
5. Access Restriction and Termination
The Administration reserves the right to restrict or terminate the User's access to the Service in case of violation of this Agreement, detection of abuse, or as required by law. Restriction of access does not release the User from previously assumed obligations.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. The Administration does not guarantee that the Service will meet the User's expectations, will operate without interruption, or will be error-free. All decisions regarding the use of the Service are made by the User independently and at their own risk.
7. Changes to the Agreement
The Administration may update this Agreement. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the latest change. By continuing to use the Service after a new version is published, the User accepts the updated rules. Commercial terms are changed in the manner set out in the Public Offer.
