1. Definitions
"Service" — the Jumbo Juice online service at jumbojuice.org that provides access to its digital products. "Provider" — the party rendering the services through the Service. The Provider is identified through the contact channels listed in Section 9. "User" — an individual who has accepted the terms of this offer. "Subscription" — the right to use the digital products of the Jumbo Juice online service for the paid period on the selected plan. "Payment agent" — a third-party payment organization that accepts payment and forwards it to the Provider. "Offer" — this document. "Acceptance" — accepting the offer through the actions described in Section 2.
2. Subject of the Offer
The Provider grants the User access to its digital products and service by subscription, and the User pays for the selected plan. This is a public offer. Acceptance is registering an account or paying for a subscription on the site. From the moment of acceptance, the contract is concluded on the terms of this offer.
3. Plans and Payment
Current plans and subscription periods are listed on the Pricing page (/pricing). The price of the selected subscription is shown before payment. Payment is processed through a payment agent by one of the following methods: the Faster Payments System (SBP), a bank card, or other methods provided by the agent. Available methods may vary and are shown on the payment page. The payment obligation is fulfilled once the payment agent confirms the payment.
4. Service Delivery
After payment is confirmed, access to the digital products and the service becomes available to the User in their account on the site. From that moment, the service is considered rendered as far as access provisioning is concerned. The User connects to the Service independently using the Jumbo Juice apps for iOS, macOS, Android, and Windows, or a compatible client. The access period is determined by the selected subscription period.
5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
The Provider undertakes to grant access to the Service and its digital products for the paid period and to make reasonable efforts to keep it running without interruption. The Provider may carry out maintenance that temporarily limits access, and may suspend service if the User breaches the terms of this offer. The User undertakes to use the Service lawfully, not to share access with third parties beyond the plan's device limit, and to keep account credentials confidential. The User may contact support and receive the service to the extent of the selected plan.
6. Refunds
A refund is possible if the service cannot be rendered due to the Provider's fault, or if the service is not rendered. To request a refund, the User submits a ticket in their account, stating the payment details and the reason. The request is reviewed within one day of receipt. If approved, funds are returned by the same method used for payment.
7. Liability and Limitations
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. The Provider does not guarantee the availability of individual internet resources or the connection speed, which depend on communication channels, the User's equipment, and external factors. The Provider is not liable for the User's actions performed using the Service, or for outages caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The User uses the Service at their own risk and in accordance with applicable law.
8. Term and Amendment of the Offer
The offer is effective from the moment it is posted on the site until it is withdrawn or replaced by a new version. The Provider may amend the terms of the offer by publishing a new version on this page. Changes take effect once published. Continued use of the Service after publication means agreement with the new version. The current revision date is shown at the top of the document.
9. Provider Contacts
Contact with the Provider and any requests are handled through tickets in the account and on the site's support page. The Provider is identified through the listed contact channels.
